Insurance and Appointments

I accept Insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield IL and PPO,  Aetna, United Health, Oxford and Oscar Health. 

Individual out of pocket session fee is $155.00. A sliding scale fee is available as appropriate per client circumstances.
